Scott Sampson has been appointed Chief Revenue Officer by Securonix. Sampson will have the responsibility of managing and expanding Securonix’s worldwide sales department in this capacity, given the company’s high demand for its premier Unified Defense SIEM platform.

Chief Executive Officer of Securonix Nayaki Nayyar stated, “We are thrilled to have Scott join our executive leadership team and welcome him to Securonix.” “Having seasoned business leaders in pivotal roles will help us support and expedite growth as we go into our next stage as a company. As a strategic thinker with experience creating extremely successful teams at hypergrowth companies, Scott is well-suited to assist Securonix in growing quickly. As we continue to provide outstanding value and service to the multinational corporations who depend on us, I am looking forward to working with Scott.”

Sampson has over thirty years of experience leading global business software companies with a client-focused approach, and he has a track record of achieving profitable expansion. His most recent position was Chief Revenue and Commercial Officer at DailyPay, Inc., one of the top providers of on-demand payment solutions. Sampson was the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales at 8×8, a provider of contact center as a service (CCaaS) and unified communications as a service (UCaaS), before joining DailyPay. Sampson oversaw the field organization and sales operations for 8×8, and he was in charge of the company’s global mid-market and enterprise sales. Apart from becoming the chief revenue officer of NewVoiceMedia when Vonage acquired the company, Sampson held top roles in enterprise sales for ten years at IBM, both in North America and internationally.

“Securonix has a rich history of innovation and the opportunity to bring standard-setting solutions to the SIEM market made this role very compelling,” stated Sampson. “It’s clear that Securonix is dedicated to meeting the demands of its partners and customers, and I’m looking forward to strengthening our current bonds and establishing new ones with top international businesses. I can’t wait to work with Nayaki to carry out her vision of taking Securonix’s business to the next level and to be a member of such a great leadership team.”

The Securonix platform was developed specifically to protect contemporary businesses from cutting-edge threats in the intricate hybrid settings of today. In the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Securonix was recognized as a leader for the fourth time in a row. Additionally, it was selected as a Customers’ Choice in the Gartner Peer Insights 2023 “Voice of the Customer”: Security Information and Event Management (SIEM). The firm has announced a connection with ChatGPT that gives generative AI capabilities within Securonix Investigate to dramatically cut incident response time. Additionally, the company just launched the first Unified Defense SIEM in the industry, giving organizations access to 365 days of “Hot” searchable data.
