Securonix names Biju Muduli as Chief Marketing Officer

Securonix announced the appointment of Biju Muduli to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) position. As one of the cybersecurity organizations with the quickest rate of growth, Muduli will be in charge of developing, implementing, and carrying out marketing activities that will support Securonix’s next stage of expansion.

Muduli has over 15 years of expertise in global operations and strategic marketing. She has developed value propositions and strong brand messaging for enterprise software and cybersecurity organizations that are experiencing rapid expansion. Her most recent position was Chief Marketing Officer at Onapsis, the pioneer in cybersecurity for SAP and Oracle business applications, where she supervised worldwide marketing strategy and execution for a venture-backed security firm that was quickly growing. Muduli was the Vice President of Global Demand Generation and Field Marketing at Brightcove, a cloud-based publishing and distribution platform provider for professional media, before joining Onapsis. Muduli oversaw Brightcove’s worldwide marketing operations, which aided in accelerating breakout development in all regions, including Japan, the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. She has also held global leadership positions at Dassault Systémes, a developer of collaborative virtual environments to imagine sustainable soluti
ons, and Carbonite, a cybersecurity and data protection startup that was bought by OpenText in 2019.

Furthermore, Augusto Barros was promoted by Securonix to Vice President of Product Marketing, with direct reporting responsibilities to Muduli. Augusto will be in charge of organizing, formulating, and carrying out Securonix’s whole product marketing strategy in this capacity.

With more than two decades of expertise in information security, Augusto is enthusiastic about sharing best practices for threat detection, investigation, and response with clients and the industry at large. Augusto made a name for himself as a well-respected cybersecurity expert during his five years at Gartner.
